November 2008Working with Photoshop CS4, we have noticed a problem with the "Scale" tool within the "Transform" function. When using this tool the whole of the image fuzzes over, so the user cannot identify any of the image and therefore use this function. Also cannot use "Rotate" function. Reported to Adobe. Adobe response was delete the existing Preference file and re-build. Also check for the latest operating system software which is already installed OSX 10.5.5, carried out these instructions. Problem still persisting. Reported this back to Adobe. Opened Preferences. Within Performance and disabled Open GL Drawing and all functions now work correctly. Reported workaround to Adobe. |
