Working with Photoshop CS4, we have noticed a problem with the "Scale" tool within the "Transform" function.

When using this tool the whole of the image fuzzes over, so the user cannot identify any of the image and therefore use this function. Also cannot use "Rotate" function.

Solution: Opened Preferences. Within Performance and disabled Open GL Drawing and all functions now work correctly.

Reported workaround to Adobe.

 

December 2008

Working with Illustrator CS4, we have noticed a problem with the "Save for Web" tool.

When saving for web the engine will take the information from the whole page and not just the graphic, so gif's or jpeg's are always the equivalent of a page size and therefore have to re-cropped.

Working with InDesign CS4, we have noticed a problem with the "Package" tool.

It doesn't work. Packages nothing.
